Job Responsibilities

The Digital Channels Specialist is responsible for driving Razer's brand awareness and product sales across selected global marketplaces. In this role, you'll drive our engagement with alternative 3rd-party platforms to increase Razer's brand presence and sales.

  • Establish and define relationship with selected global marketplaces (e.g. Amazon, eBay etc) and other online channels
  • Map engagement strategy with marketplaces in key regions (North America, Europe and Asia Pacific)
  • Work with our marketing and merchandising teams to develop marketing, merchandising strategies on selected marketplaces to drive conversion and sales
  • Identify opportunities in grow online revenue in other non-traditional online channels
  • Select and manage vendors assisting with daily operations of marketplace management and order processing
  • Conduct weekly and monthly channel performance review with internal stakeholders
  • Proactively identify and resolve issues, roadblocks that may arise in course of planning and execution
  • Communicate effectively on goals, launch timeline and execution plans

Pre-Requisites

  • At least 5 years of experience in eCommerce dealing with marketplaces and other digital/online sales channels
  • Experience with Amazon, eBay, Jet.com and other European marketplaces will be very favorable
  • Great with numbers and teamwork
  • Excellent communication, presentation, stakeholder management and project management skills
  • Able to work in complex and fast-moving environments and continue to drive effective results
  • Passionate about gaming
