Responsibilities
Develop and implement community strategies to drive player engagement, loyalty, and retention.Â
Manage community interactions across key platforms including social media, forums, Discord, Twitch, and other community channels, ensuring consistent messaging and engagement.Â
Actively engage with players through livestreams, community discussions, and in-game activities to foster a positive and inclusive environment.Â
Plan and execute community events, contests, and campaigns to increase player participation and excitement.Â
Monitor community health metrics such as engagement, sentiment, and player feedback to identify trends and opportunities.Â
Manage community issues and sensitive situations with clear and empathetic communication.Â
Work closely with product and marketing teams to ensure community insights support product development and marketing strategies.Â
Stay informed on industry trends and best practices in community management and player engagement.
Qualifications:

5 years of experience in community management, social media management, or a related field.Â
Passion for gaming and a deep understanding of player psychology and online communities.Â
Strong copywriting skills with the ability to create engaging and informative content.Â
Proficiency in social media platforms (Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, Discord, etc.).Â
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to analyze data and make data-driven decisions.Â
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a strong emphasis on teamwork and collaboration.Â
Must be able to work full-time, in-office in São Paulo (Monday–Friday)
