Your Responsibilities:
- Subject matter expert for Salesforce.com (SFDC)
- Lead/participate in SFDC Project Implementation, Change Management and Service Desk function
- Responsible for designing, developing, configuring, testing, training, documenting and deploying SFDC functionality
- Responsible to keep well documented business & technical document in repository
- Focal point of contact to coordinate and manage communications between application developers, vendors, and internal business users
- Leverage on thorough understanding of business processes and system processes to make recommendations and propose technical/non-technical solutions to meet business requirements.
- Evaluation of Salesforce.com with 3rd party solutions
- Other duties as assigned
Your Skills:
- Bachelor’s degree in IT or equivalent with minimum 5 years of SFDC experience required
- Excel skill is required (generating formula, vlookup, pivot table and etc)
- Strong understanding of Salesforce fundamental concepts (application, data and security) and CRM domain knowledge (Sales Cloud and Marketing Cloud)
- Relevant experience in integration components for SFDC, SFDC APIs (SOAP, REST, BULK APIs), Apex controllers, Apex Web Services, Apex callout, outbound messaging, SFDC data loaders, etc.
- Experience in configuring all aspects of Salesforce to meet the business requirements
- Strong analytical, planning and project management skills
- Ability to multitask effectively in a fast paced environment
- Strong interpersonal skills, results oriented and ability to work independently and effectively in a global team environment
- Excellent communication skills and customer-centric attitude
- Experience handling time-sensitive, pressure-intensive customer issues
- SFDC Certifications will be an added advantage
