Your Responsibilities:

  • Subject matter expert for Salesforce.com (SFDC)
  • Lead/participate in SFDC Project Implementation, Change Management and Service Desk function
  • Responsible for designing, developing, configuring, testing, training, documenting and deploying SFDC functionality
  • Responsible to keep well documented business & technical document in repository
  • Focal point of contact to coordinate and manage communications between application developers, vendors, and internal business users
  • Leverage on thorough understanding of business processes and system processes to make recommendations and propose technical/non-technical solutions to meet business requirements.
  • Evaluation of Salesforce.com with 3rd party solutions
  • Other duties as assigned

Your Skills:

  • Bachelor’s degree in IT or equivalent with minimum 5 years of SFDC experience required
  • Excel skill is required (generating formula, vlookup, pivot table and etc)
  • Strong understanding of Salesforce fundamental concepts (application, data and security) and CRM domain knowledge (Sales Cloud and Marketing Cloud)
  • Relevant experience in integration components for SFDC, SFDC APIs (SOAP, REST, BULK APIs), Apex controllers, Apex Web Services, Apex callout, outbound messaging, SFDC data loaders, etc.
  • Experience in configuring all aspects of Salesforce to meet the business requirements
  • Strong analytical, planning and project management skills
  • Ability to multitask effectively in a fast paced environment
  • Strong interpersonal skills, results oriented and ability to work independently and effectively in a global team environment
  • Excellent communication skills and customer-centric attitude
  • Experience handling time-sensitive, pressure-intensive customer issues
  • SFDC Certifications will be an added advantage
