Rarity Found Esports is a subsidiary of Rarity Found. With a dedication to amateur esports, we strive to not only give a platform for players and teams to prove they are ready for professional play but to provide those who are not quite there the resources required to improve. That being said, one of the many problems we see in the amateur scene is a severe lack of representation for the talent within it. That is where you come in. Rarity Found Esports is in the process of launching a program strictly targeting the amateur talent that has been ignored for far too long.

There are two tiers of client within our program; Those who are ready to go pro but just need the contacts to get there and those who are not quite ready to make that step but could use contacts so they may improve (setting up with coaches, scrims, teams with the similar skill level, etc.). Knowing this, there will also be two tiers of talent agent.

Requirements:

To become a Rarity Found Esports Talent Agent for the first tier of clients you must:

  • Have an active Talent License (Rarity Found Esports may help you acquire one if you do not have one already)
  • Have at least 1 year worth of experience working in the specific game you would be representing with extensive contacts within said game
  • Have knowledge of how to manage people, contracts and schedules
  • Have a clear understanding of the steps a player needs to take in order to land a position on a top tier roster.
  • Have excellent communication skills
  • Be over the age of 18
  • Be able to work with people in any NA time zone (Preferably living in NA)
  • Have the ability to read and write English fluently

To become a Rarity Found Esports Talent Agent for the second tier of clients you must:

  • Have at least 6 months of experience working in the specific game you would be representing with extensive contacts within said game
  • Have knowledge of how to manage people, contracts and schedules
  • Have a clear understanding of player needs (as in if they need coaching, more tournament experience, a better team, etc.)
  • Have excellent communication skills
  • Be over the age of 18
  • Be able to work with people in any NA time zone (Preferably living in NA)
  • Have the ability to read and write English fluently
  • Have an active Talent License (Optional but preferred)

Compensation:

Both tiers will be receiving commissions from promotions, sponsorships, contracts and tournament winnings that their clients receive however the first tier will be receiving a monthly stipend while the 2nd tier will be receiving a portion of the subscription fee that their client's pay to Rarity Found Esports for access to the program.
