PURE Esports is seeking team members to provide a full circle customer experience: checking customers in to point of sale & gaming center software, jump starting their gaming adventures, supporting events, concession sales, and upkeep and cleaning of the arena.

There will also be technical/ technology skills to learn with the arena’s hardware and software systems.

• Excellent customer service skills
• Outgoing, motivated, with ability to work with kids
• Some video game/ technology knowledge
• Ability to put groups together in a video game
• Willing to do cleaning tasks
• Can follow a check list
• Not afraid of technology, embraces change
• Willing to learn & grow
• Ability to work weekends and nights
