We are now incredibly excited to be recruiting for our new UNANNOUNCED PROJECT.
We are headquartered in Seoul, South Korea and sit within the KRAFTON, Inc. corporation. From our Amsterdam office, we cover Europe, Middle East, Africa and the CIS region, and have teams dedicated to Game Development, Product Management, Esports, Content, Communications, Creative, Merchandise, HR and more.
As the Senior Producer you will ensure the smooth running of the project, liaising and overseeing multiple departments and keeping things in time and on budget.
Basic roles and responsibilities:
- Project managing from the ground up at every level; from week by week to big picture, long-term project life-cycle management
- Managing other members of the production team; guiding and supporting their work
- Responsible for maintaining project timelines and keeping within budget
- Acting as a key representative of the production team to key stakeholders
What we’re looking for:
- Several years in senior production positions within the games industry
- Shipped at least 1 AAA title (preferably many!)
- An exceptional project manager
- Knowledge of Agile methodologies would be a plus
