PTW Canada is seeking a Deployment Lead to join our Montreal Studio. This is a permanent position.

What you’ll be doing:

Reporting directly to the Studio Head, and in partnership with IT and InfoSec teams, you will:

  • Lead a team of technicians who provide the hardware, and deploy our clients’ content to our teams of testers
  • Create, maintain, and share the department’s documentation (e.g. inventory, trackers, dashboards and project updates)
  • Implement processes and systems to facilitate the coordination of services to all internal clients
  • Plan and coordinate special projects to support the continued growth of our studio
  • Act as our internal source of knowledge on all technology, tools and best practices pertaining to content deliveries and hardware management

Requirements:

What we’re looking for:

  • Proven ability to lead teams
  • Exceptional knowledge of gaming consoles, PCs, mobile phones, and OS
  • Advanced knowledge of IT/Systems, great at troubleshooting issues
  • Experienced in managing IT/Systems projects
  • Knowledgeable about the games QA industry
  • Strong written and verbal English communication skills, French an asset
  • Some flexibility around working hours, as special projects may require to be executed outside of office hours to avoid downtime
  • Client-oriented approach, with a take-charge attitude
  • Experience with the MSOffice suite
  • Knowledge of the following software is an asset: PS Neighborhood, Xbox Manager, Nintendo DEV, Aspera
