ProjeKt GAP is a tournament organiser and production house at the core of the grassroots esports scene, aiming to provide a professional experience to players just starting their journey in the world of competitive gaming. Our mission, is to create sustainable tournaments to support the Mid-Tiers of all major esports titles and we need you to help us achieve that! We are looking for individuals with a passion for the esports industry, looking to be part of meaningful change and growth.

Our Events Coordinators will be responsible for organising our daily events across all of supported esports titles. Tasks will include event page setup, player and captain briefing/management and refereeing. We aim to maintain the highest quality player experience throughout all of our events and are therefore looking for someone who can help us deliver outstanding customer service.

Responsibilities

  • Complete pre-event setup for attributed events
  • Manage signups for attributed events
  • Complete pre-event briefings for attributed events
  • Referee attributed events
  • Complete post-event brief for attributed events
  • Support other Event Coordinators when running simultaneous events
  • Work with the events team to continually increase the quality of our events

Requirements

  • At least 1 yearsโ€™ experience as an event coordinator/referee.
  • Previous esports experience.
  • Well-organized with excellent multi-tasking abilities.
  • Outstanding vendor management skills.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Knowledge/Experience of at least 2 of the following games:
    Valorant, Apex Legends, Rocket League, Overwatch, Halo 5, CS:GO, Dota 2

Please note: This is a part time position.

This position will involve at least 2 nights a week on shift and is a great way for developing Events Coordinators to build up their portfolio.
