We are currently searching for a Social Media Director to help run our online presence by developing strategies and running our Social media team over at Playwell Esport. In this role you would work closely with our Operational and Esports management to help produce the best possible content. You would need to be willing to learn and always find new ways of growing our presence. To achieve this you would need to have strong written and communication skills with the public and our management side.

What You'll Be Doing:

• Developing new strategies to grow our socials
• Coordinate producing content and memes across our socials
• Organize social media and run the Playwell twitter
• Lead our current small social team
• Producing data and analytics to the management over monthly growth across our socials
• Create and maintain brand promotions
• Adapt to additional appropriate responsibilities and tasks as needed
• Regularly checking on player socials and giving feedback on what can be improved
• Working on ways to promote our sponsors and help increase their growth

Requirements

• 1+ years experience in social media management across different platforms
• General knowledge of the industry
• Willing to grow more knowledge about the Esports we compete in (Fortnite, Rocket League, PUBG and Smash Bros) and willing to watch our teams play
• Experience Microsoft Office, Google Apps, social media and streaming platforms
• Very good understanding of the language [English] (other languages is a bonus)
• Willingness to work daily to a high standard and produce quality content
• The ability to lead a group of people
