Hours: Full-time (37 hours per week)
Working Pattern: 3 days from home, 2 days in office.
We’re looking for a highly organised, detail-oriented, and proactive Talent Acquisition Coordinator to join Sony Interactive Entertainment, the home of PlayStation. Based in London, this role is a key part of the EMEA Talent Acquisition team, supporting hiring across PlayStation Studios.
You’ll play a vital role in delivering a seamless, high-quality recruitment experience for candidates and hiring managers in a creative, and international environment.
As the successful candidate, we would look to you to:Â
Lead end-to-end interview coordination for roles of all levels, across global time zones.
Schedule and manage virtual and in person interviews, including logistics and candidate travel as needed.
Act as the primary point of contact for candidates, delivering a professional experience throughout the interview process.
Partner closely with recruiters and hiring managers to ensure a smooth and efficient hiring process.
Maintain and champion data integrity in Greenhouse, our candidate ATS.
Identify and work with the Recruitment Operations Specialist to implement process improvements to enhance efficiency and candidate experience.
Support Talent Acquisition projects, including internship hiring and process changes.
We’d love to hear from you if you:
Have 1–3 years experience in Talent Acquisition Coordination, Recruiting Coordination, HR Coordination, or a related role.
Are highly organised, detail-focused, and comfortable managing multiple priorities.
Have excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
Are proactive, adaptable, and confident working with diverse stakeholders across time zones.
Have experience using an Applicant Tracking System (ATS).
Have prior experience supporting senior or executive-level interview coordination (preferred but not essential).
