The mix of work will vary according to the project, time of year, and what needs to get done! We’re looking for someone who’s equally happy to get stuck in to both sides of this role.

Secondary responsibilities:

  • Support the creative lead in ongoing efforts to ‘level-up’ the current output of the Product Comms and Analysis function of PPM Biz Ops.  Associated tasks: contributing to an appropriate and consistent tone of voice for our communications, creating and maintaining professional templates, contributing to the creative processes within the team and improving the overall quality, process and effectiveness of our outputs

  • Supporting other PPM BizOps projects as required

What we’re looking for:

  • Highly developed communications, production and organisation skills.
  • You’ll need the capability to solicit detailed, accurate product and operational information from a large and diverse set of global stakeholders, the ability to process and combine these, and communicate this information across the wider SIE business (for both exec and working level audiences).
  • Creativity. You’ll have direct responsibility for the authoring, planning, organisation and delivery of communications across multiple media including documentation, demos, presentations and multimedia.  All of these must be suitable for international audiences.
  • Capable of fostering communications across global teams, consisting of diverse cultures and outlooks.  An approach that can naturally balance business and product mindsets and deeply understand both perspectives is essential.  An understanding of assisting and driving business decision making through the delivery of balanced, well researched and high value analysis is also a must.

You possess the following:

  • A detailed, deep understanding of the PlayStation platform and ecosystem
  • A detailed and nuanced understanding of our players and partners
  • A strategic, detailed and up-to-date knowledge of the games industry, and adjacent sectors to provide context and relevant detail in communications.
