Reporting into the Senior Manager of Environment and Technology Compliance, this role will be responsible for supporting documenting, monitoring, reporting, promoting and administering of key environment and compliance systems within our European offices.

The Environment and Technical Compliance team are a multi-disciplinary team handling issues including environmental affairs, corporate social responsibility, health and safety, technical security, and technical export controls. This role will interact providing support across these disciplines.

What you'll be doing:

  • Provide internal compliance training and communications:
    • Deliver environment and technical compliance training to required staff
    • Organise internal environment and health and safety office communications
  • Maintain key environment and compliance reporting activities:
    • Implement and maintain monthly environmental and H&S performance KPI tracking:
    • Maintain reporting of company electronic product, battery, packaging reporting for EU-wide take-back and recycling
  • Support implementation and maintenance environment and technical compliance processes:
    • Manage environment and technical compliance quality documentation, procedures, and records
    • Administer applications for product environment and safety compliance approval
  • Support environment and compliance team organisation and administration:
    • Organise routine environment and technical compliance meetings
    • Manage team purchase orders and invoicing

What we're looking for:

  • Minimum 2 years corporate experience in technical / environmental / health and safety / legal role
  • Good IT skills - (Proficient in all of Microsoft Office )
  • Experience with SAP preferable
  • Good organisation and record keeping skills
  • An interest in or knowledge of the games industry – advantageous but not essential

  • Excellent organisation skills
  • The ability act as a motivated, reliable, self-starter who uses initiative to work proactively
  • An ability to manage multiple tasks and projects with a keen eye for detail – precision, accuracy, and very good attention to detail essential
