Team, about the role

We’re looking for an experienced Senior 3D/2D Artist with a strong artistic foundation and potential to grow into an Art Lead to join our Marketing Creatives team. Key qualities include the ability to work in different styles and tools, propose and justify visual solutions, give constructive feedback to the team, and take ownership of the final result.

Tasks

Creating and adapting graphics for video creatives (characters, objects, scenes, UI elements);
Developing visuals at all stages: from sketches and 2D concepts to final 3D renders;
Working with composition, color, lighting, perspective, axonometry and isometry;
Preparing visual directions, refining and optimizing existing graphics;
Supporting and improving the art pipeline, responding quickly to product requests;
Collaborating with cross-functional teams (producer, director, video designer, animator);
Participating in product meetings and developing marketing expertise.

Requirements

Proven experience as a Senior/Lead 3D Artist;
Strong artistic foundation: composition, color, lighting, perspective, form, silhouette;
Experience with the full graphics pipeline from 2D sketches and concepts to final 3D renders;
Proficiency in software:
- 3D — Blender;
- 2D — Photoshop (sketching/concepting only, no rendering required);
Ability to use AI tools to speed up workflow and willingness to grow expertise in this area;
Understanding of 3D fundamentals, rendering, graphics optimization, and game engines;
Visual literacy in games, advertising, and creatives; ability to work with references effectively;
Experience working on game or advertising projects;
Skills in task planning and prioritization, ability to balance deadlines and quality;
Readiness to strengthen the team and take on leadership responsibilities.
