About this Role

Playco is looking for a Product Growth Lead with a passion for marketing, and games. This role will be responsible for leading growth strategies for Playco’s existing and brand new open web initiatives at a global scale. We are seeking a data driven, and result oriented professional who can thrive in a fast paced environment, while driving Product Analytics, Data Science, Product Design, and Growth Marketing strategies for our products. This is a fully remote position and you will be working very closely with our marketing and Product leadership teams.

Responsibilities

  • Be responsible for driving data analysis, to understand how our users interact with our products.
  • Identify the competitive landscape for Playco’s products while designing and implementing product growth strategies (product adoption, retention, engagement, monetization & more).
  • Understand funnels, ecosystems, user behaviors, and long-term trends in the adoption of our products to identify opportunities and reduce friction and drive the best possible experience for Users.
  • Lead direct response communication efforts with users & potential users for Playco’s products
  • Influence and inform marketing and product leadership teams through presentation of data-based recommendations.
  • Lead the ideation and execution of product changes using data to identify opportunities to remove friction and accelerate growth and market adoption for Playco’s products.
  • Analyze the results of experiments to determine what should launch or not while identifying additional opportunities to drive growth.
  • Understand trends in user behavior and product usage to influence growth strategy.

Requirements

  • 5+ years experience in product growth, driving quantitative analysis, manipulating data, building product optimization strategies (funnel/website optimization and/or outbound communication channels).
  • Critical out-of-box thinking with an aptitude for problem solving
  • Data analysis experience using Excel, SQL or similar tools.
  • Detail-oriented, organized, and highly motivated.
  • Passionate about gaming and media.
  • Excellent teamwork and communication skills; ability to be proactive and confident in a diplomatic manners.
  • Ability to understand, internalize, and communicate high-level goals to team members and direct reports.
  • Experience using Amplitude preferred.
  • Basic working knowledge of programming languages such as Python, JavaScript etc preferred.
  • Working knowledge of web design and HTML coding
  • Performance and Social Media Marketing
  • Experience in releasing mobile or web product
