We are seeking an outgoing and upbeat problem solver to provide IT support to our distributed team around the world. Our mission is to take care of Playco’s entire IT infrastructure, third-party tools and work devices to ensure that all our teammates have the tools they need to help Playco produce fun games and exciting new technology. If you love fixing problems and tinkering with all manner of computers, gadgets, and software, you'll love working on our team.

The Role

  • Manage all IT equipment, security, and workplace tools across the organization.
  • Support employee access to IT systems, including user onboarding and offboarding processes.
  • Deploy IT solutions that will scale with our product adoption, employee count, and physical footprint.
  • Actively seek to understand various technology needs and develop and maintain relationships with qualified vendors.
  • Play a critical role in fortifying the IT Security and protecting the system by defining access privileges, control structures, and resources.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders and tool owners to create IT Services policies, procedures, and user support.
  • Gather feedback from the rest of the team to continue to improve systems.

Desired Skills

  • 5+ years of related work experience and/or training.
  • Mac/Windows/Linux OS deployment and support.
  • Experience with MDM, SSO, Google G-Suite (or equivalent) required.
  • Knowledgeable in IT security (Authentication, Endpoint management, and IT security policy)
  • Good judgment and ability to maintain confidentiality.
  • Willingness to learn new skills and juggle numerous tasks at once, across multiple time zones.
  • Ability to solve complex problems and come up with creative solutions.
  • Strong team player with a positive attitude.
