Job Summary/ General Description:
As part of the merchandise team, this position will support the Merchandise department by managing the overall experience of customers through the Knights web store and website. This position is responsible for maintaining and strengthening the Knights merch sales.
Responsibilities:
- Manage all online activity in relation to traffic acquisition, sales, conversion and a/b testing and reporting
- Maintain and distribute periodic eCommerce reports, Optimize online merchandising and site navigation.
- Track analytics of digital campaigns and react based on performance
- Manage relationships with the distribution center.
- Manage inventory of all merchandise and stock.
- Coordinate the process of invoices and coding and work with finance to ensure timely payment of vendors and billing.
- Contribute to product launch project management by gather assets from photography, copy, and product, and manage product listings in our backend system
- Other responsibilities as requested
Qualifications:
- Degree in Business or equivalent fields
- 3+ years of experience preferred in D2C e-commerce.
- Ability to research new trends in gaming and esports to translate experiences to clients
- writing and tuning complex SQL queries against raw clickstream/hit-level data preferred.
- High-level organization skills.
- Ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize goals.
- Excellent communication skills, both oral and written in English.
- Ability to work evenings. Weekends, based on business needs.
- Must maintain a positive, professional attitude always and be receptive to input and constructive criticism.
- Knowledge of Esports preferred.
- Must have the technological equipment to do the job.
