We are looking for a talented Senior Licensing & Monetization Manager to join our growing Business Development team.

What you will be doing:

Responsible for the monetization strategy and driving the operational implementation with all stakeholders (senior leadership, internal & external contacts).
Managing the Digital Store team (team of 2 people) to create a successful digital store.
Overseeing the data reporting tools aligned with the platform KPI’s.
Coordinating all the brand partnerships from licensing negotiation to the GTM strategy.

What we are looking for:

3-5 years of monetization experience.
Strong communication and presentation skills, as well as sales, negotiation and monetization expertise.
Demonstrated effectiveness working across multiple business units in order to get results.
Excellent written and spoken English communication skills.
A self-motivated individual with a high work capacity and an ability to work independently.
A proactive team player with excellent organizational skills.
Problem-solving skills.
Experience gained within other gaming companies is a plus.
