Job Summary

Peoplefun is seeking a highly collaborative technical producer to handle the overall product/project management, development schedules and resource allocations for all technical development in our growing company. This role will be responsible for handling and organizing processes so that developers can do what they do best. We are looking for individuals who excel in organization, have exceptional communication abilities and who are comfortable managing schedules of complex projects. The ideal candidates are passionate about working in technology and games as well as have a history of working within technical environments.

This position requires relocation to the Dallas, TX area.

Responsibilities

  • Ensure the team has the best agile organizational structure, processes and practices that allow them to produce high quality work efficiently and on time.
  • Conduct regular ceremony sessions like: sprint planning, backlog refinement, sprint review and retrospective sessions with team members
  • Support the team with all of your production tools in JIRA
  • Manage expectations, timely communications, deliverables and status updates for all internal customers
  • Create and maintain project schedules, sprints, and release plans
  • Provide leadership to the team by giving clear guidance, timelines and goals
  • Accountable for quality of all technical releases

Requirements

  • Youโ€™re a gamer. You eat, sleep and breathe games
  • Background in programming
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
  • 5+ years of Agile development and/or project management with JIRA
  • Highly collaborative. Work well in a team environment
  • Proven ability to focus on priorities, solve problems, juggle multiple tasks, and meet deadlines
  • Ability to communicate and coordinate effectively across a spectrum of departments
  • Superior scheduling, organizational, and multi-tasking skills with the ability and desire to work in a fast-paced game studio environment.
