We are looking for a HR Business Partner who wants to be part of our journey in taking our talent management to the next level. We have around 700 employees globally. In this position, you will mainly work in close cooperation with a dedicated part of the organization in Sweden. As an HR Business Partner you will work both strategically and operationally with various assignments and projects, where you drive the implementation and execution of our HR processes in your part of the business.

You will be part of a close-knit team in Sweden with dedicated HR professionals; HR Business Partners, Talent Acquisition Partners and HR admin. You will be part of driving and executing on our people plan and delivering results together with your colleagues in the HR team.

Your primary tasks and responsibilities:

  • You will establish a trusted partnership with managers and support them to develop and retain our talents

  • Coach and train managers to build leadership capabilities

  • Support and guide managers in improving performance, retention and engagement in our organization

  • Execute on the people plan and drive local development projects

  • Contribute to continuous improvement of our HR processes

  • Change management and organizational development

Required qualifications:

  • At least 5 years experience as an HR Specialist or HR Business Partner, with knowledge of all HR functions and best practices, preferably from companies with a global presence

  • Experience in driving and implementing HR projects

  • Working knowledge and prior experience of Swedish labor law, including union relations

  • BS degree in Human Resources or a related field

  • Fluency in Swedish and English, both written and spoken
