In this role you will

• Provide on-site IT support for IT equipment and software.
• Install, configure, and provide support for computers (both Windows and Apple).
• Support and configuration of mobile devices.
• Manage user accounts.
• IT equipment purchasing.
• Document and administrate equipment ownership.
• Set up and manage conference rooms.
• Maintain and perform minor updates on company websites

What we’re looking for

• Good time management, efficiency, and prioritization skills.
• Adept at troubleshooting.
• Positive, make-it-happen attitude
• Experience with Windows, iOS, and Android OS.
• Experience with software installations, updates, and troubleshooting.

Compensation
