OS NETWORK is on the lookout for some awesome ninja style Twitch Producers to join our new network where we aim to make the best gaming content videos and live streaming shows.

The Twitch Producer will concept, produce, shoot and edit videos for OS NETWORK owned properties. The content will be focused around gaming culture in NYC and OS NETWORKS own gaming venue ‘OS NYC’. We are looking for someone who brings creativity and the technical skills to produce a range of stunning, innovative content.

This role will be crucial in building new audiences, promoting the brand, capturing all of the amazing moments at our OS NYC venue and leading the world on how the very best gaming content can be made. The ideal candidate is obsessed with gaming.

Here's What You'll Do

Create, develop and produce innovative digital video programming across a variety of OS NETWORK channels ( Twitch, YouTube, Facebook, Instagram, etc.) on a daily basis.
You will be split between making awesome digital content for social media as well as live stream programs for twitch and Youtube.
Create sizzle reels, pitch reels, case studies, marketing pieces, and day-to-day social videos for both internal and external stakeholders.
Manage all aspects of project development, pre-production, production and post, including writing, shooting, editing, motion graphics, selection of music, and editorial.
Shoot a variety of styles of original and branded content, in the field and in the studio, including twitch gaming streaming, commercial-style shoots, quick social hits, youtube series and long-form videos.
Manage and execute internal shoots, including setup of small television studio and all production equipment.
Oversee multiple projects simultaneously from concept through execution.
Ensure projects are completed on time and on budget.
Contribute towards building OS NETWORK

Your Strengths Include

Proficient in OBS ATEM or Newtek, Adobe Premiere, Creative Suite, audio mixing, lighting, camera set ups
Must have a high level of skill in motion graphics, animation and proficiency in an industry standard animation platform like After Effects.
Must have a comprehensive understanding of/experience with creating live shows
Knowledge of the latest trends in mobile and digital gaming.
Twitch culture fanatic who keeps up with the newest #innovative content out there.
Getting yourself out of a mess of jumbled cords, with impressive timing.
Self-motivated, resourceful and detail-oriented. You get stuff done!
You thrive in and contribute to a positive, collaborative and fun work environment.
Creatively ambitious, willing to take risks, and experiment.
Genuine passion for gaming and its culture.

Your Experience

3 years plus experience creating live streaming content in a collaborative environment for a platform, agency, network, or brand. Show example links and/or reel.
Experience shooting and producing high quality videos in a one-man-band capacity.
Experience directing / working with high level talent.
Experience in a live show environment and understanding of Live streaming workflow
