DIGITAL MARKETING MANAGER

The digital marketing specialist’s role is to design, create and deliver marketing programs to support acquisition and retention of users on the Omnislash platform. This role requires an in-depth knowledge of Omnislash features, tools and products as well as social media, esports and video games. Proficiency in SEO optimization, web advertising, social media advertising and utilizing social media and gaming influencers is a must. Familiarity with a wide range of field practices, concepts and procedures. Being an avid pc gamer is a must for understanding the community that Omnislash is building is necessary; being a competitive online gamer is a plus!

Duties and responsibilities

  • Planning, developing and executing national digital programs and campaigns, including online advertising, website strategy and design, social media and influencer marketing.
  • Interfacing with multiple departments such as executive, product and engineering to help facilitate widespread communication of products and services to maximize user acquisition and retention.
  • Owning and maintaining site analytics, metrics and campaign reporting.
  • In depth knowledge of SEO, adwords, PPC and other digital marketing programs.
  • Presenting recommendations to VP of communications.
  • Conceptualizing, developing and coordinating on campaigns, product pushes and activities designed to increase Omnislash user acquisition and retention.
  • Scouting, contacting, negotiating and maintaining relationships with influencers in the gaming content community to help create content and promotions for marketing campaigns.

Minimum Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree or diploma (preferably in marketing, business or related field).
  • 2+ Years of experience in digital marketing.
  • Experience executing paid social media campaigns.
  • Experience executing digital marketing campaigns such as PPC, SEO optimization, affiliate marketing, email marketing and search engine marketing.
  • Knowledge of the Adobe Suite of software.
  • Incredible attention to detail.
  • Ability to juggle multiple projects simultaneously.
