At Meta’s Reality Labs Research, our goal is to make world-class consumer augmented and mixed reality experiences. Come work alongside industry-leading scientists and engineers to create the technology that makes mixed reality (MR) and augmented reality (AR) pervasive and universal. Join the adventure of a lifetime as we make science fiction real and change the world. In this role, you will become part of a team with academic researchers and scientists that are delving into cognitive development, novel human computer interfaces, AI, and perceptual science. Responsibilities include design, build and verification of firmware for hardware devices used by in-house and external researchers as part of this mission. To achieve this you’ll collaborate with research scientists, mechanical and electrical engineers, and other software engineers. Our team embraces ambiguity and nurtures a sense of ownership. Join us as we work together to advance the future of mixed and augmented reality.
