JOB SUMMARY

This role will work closely with the Country Business Manager to align marketing efforts for the country’s business goal by communicating brand values, grow brand awareness, educate consumers and create consumer interest and demand for NZXT products. The Manager must understand the overall company’s strategic direction and portfolio, define, develop and execute on marketing campaigns and activities based on local requirements and conditions, as well as Company direction, guidelines and business goals.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Develop the PR and communications content pipeline aligning with NZXT global strategy and local business requirements, to support new product launches as well as business goals on existing focus product categories and products.
  • Plan, drive, and implement communications activities together with the DACH / EMEA team, with focus on NZXT needs, brand identity reinforcement, and tone of voice.
  • Act as the first contact for regional media inquiries, and actively work on expanding relationships by exploring new media and coverage opportunities.
  • Enhance brand and product image and awareness through media visibility, both organic and paid.
  • Use data and industry knowledge to identify , engage and co-operate with appropriate media stakeholders and content creators, while keeping in mind brand objectives.
  • Plan and execute events for press, community and other stakeholders.
  • Create, proofread and translate communications materials for various purposes.
  • Actively manage media relationships in special interest and consumer media.

Track and monitor progress, and use subsequent data to develop comprehensive and objective-driven strategies.

EXPERIENCE:

  • Bachelor’s degree in journalism, communications, or equivalent work experience
  • Good experience of tracking campaign results via previously agreed measures.
  • Directly related PR experience and work results in PC hardware or gaming environments.

SKILLS:

  • Excellent communication skills, teamwork attitude, ability to work flexible hours and meet deadlines
  • Be fluent in both German and English, oral and written, with exceptional communication skills
  • Passionate about gaming, PC hardware and pop culture.
  • Creative, oriented to out-of-the-box way of thinking.
  • General interest in current trends in content creation, marketing and communications.
  • Good knowledge of relevant media channels within the hardware and gaming environment
  • Good understanding of PR KPIs tracking and ROI analysis
  • Consumer-driven mindset.
