JOB SUMMARY

The objective of this position is to drive and generate revenue and Market Share growth of NZXT Direct to Consumer (D2C) ETail Business in Italy, through creating, executing on, managing and fine tuning well targeted Marketing Plans, Campaigns and Activities driving traffic and conversion at the NZXT Italy D2C ETail Platform.

This role will work closely with NZXT EMEA, as well as HQ Marketing Organizations, Sales, Operations, CS and other departments to plan, align and execute on marketing efforts targeted at achieving D2C Italy Business goals, with direct revenue quota accountability. The D2C Italy Marketing Manager must understand the overall company’s strategic direction and portfolio, define, develop and execute on marketing campaigns and activities based on local requirements and conditions, as well as Company direction, guidelines and business goals.

JOB DUTIES/RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Work closely with various cross-functional Teams Worldwide (e.g. Design, Creative, Software, etc) to deliver on key agreed Marketing Plans as well as business goals and KPIs;
  • Omni-channel marketing strategy: Develop and execute short, medium, long-term Consumer Marketing Plans, Campaigns and Activities based on Earned, Owned and Paid Media.
  • Develop the PR and communications content pipeline aligning with NZXT global & local strategies, and local media interest, to support new D2C product & service launches as well as business goals on existing D2C products and services.
  • Plan and implement communication activities together with the EMEA Marketing & Sales teams, with focus on NZXT needs, brand identity reinforcement, and tone of voice.
  • Enhance brand and product image and awareness through media visibility.
  • Work together with the EMEA Marketing Team to:
    • engage with the NZXT Italy community via the adequate channels, and work towards growth and expanding such community;
    • identify, engage and co-operate with appropriate influencers and content creators, while keeping in mind brand objectives;
    • organize reviews and brand exposure through content creation: News, articles, YouTube videos, contests, etc;
    • organize projects and activities providing for broader and better NZXT product visibility: Modding projects, NZXT PC System assembly, PC built in partnership with other brands, giveaways, unboxings, video content, etc.
    • manage media advertising and performance marketing campaigns; monitor and analyze results.
  • Use analytical tools and platforms to track and measure the outcome and impact of the individual activities, communication platforms and campaigns, from traffic generation to conversion and CAC, to manage, steer and optimize the Marketing Strategy, Tactics and execution based on ROI and KPI data.
  • Ensure a very close Partnership with the HQ Marketing Team throughout Planning and Execution phases to ensure alignment on the WW Strategy as well as best leveraging global resources and scale.

EXPERIENCE

  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, related fields, or equivalent experience;
  • Related PR and Marketing experience in PC hardware or gaming industry;
  • Experience with tracking campaign results via previously agreed measures;
  • Understanding of and experience working with various Conversion Funnel levels, relevant approaches, activities, messaging and KPI;
  • Experience with a commercial revenue and ROI accountability;
  • ETail experience an advantage.
