We are looking for a System Design Engineer!

NVIDIA’s System Design Engineers are responsible for crafting NVIDIA’s GPUs and SoCs into groundbreaking platforms for autonomous machines, Cloud and Data Center, Deep learning, High Performance Computing, Gaming and Entertainment solutions.

What you’ll be doing:

  • Hardware Design for GeForce, Quadro, Tesla GPU products and Autonomous Driving Platform for self-driving car.
  • Board/system level circuit design, debug and verification. Schematic entry, component selection and Bill of Material generation.
  • Supervise PCB layout and system validation
  • Responsible for product design issue in the lifecycle.
  • Closely collaborate mechanical, thermal, SI and software teams to navigate complex system tradeoffs.
  • Collaborate with the best minds in NVIDIA across various teams (System Architecture, PDE, Application Engineering, Product Manager, Sales, Operations) in a creative work environment to bring industry-defining products to market

What we need to see:

  • BS or MS degree in EE, CE, CS, Systems Engineering or equivalent experience
  • 8+ years of experience
  • Problem solving, debugging, analysis and logical reasoning skills with examples to prove it
  • Understanding of digital design, circuit analysis, algorithms, computer architecture, BIOS, drivers, and software applications.
  • High level understanding of GPU and SOC architecture.
