The candidate will work with key stakeholders to develop and grow the opportunity in i-Café (Gaming Café) business.

Your main responsibility is to manage i-Café marketing initiatives which are coming from i-Café expansion and PC upgrades. To be successful, you need to grow i-Café business through enablement activities leveraging NVIDIA brands and assets. Strong and driven leadership capabilities needed to make thing happen, drive collaborations within Gaming communities and i-Café owners.

What you’ll be doing:

  • Mapping and identifying key i-Café accounts and keying i-Café accounts into the system.
  • Constantly reviewing i-Café accounts and identifying sales opportunities and pipeline. Managing the opportunities into the system for tracking.
  • Working with our country teams to connect with AIC partners, distributors and System Integrators (SI) to follow up on sales opportunities and to monitor implementation.
  • Conduct training and i-Café activities such as workshops and seminar to target i-Café owners. Ensure that all new i-Café are tracked.
  • Work with team members on i-Café related programs such as E-sport tournaments, bootcamps and leverage i-Café social/influencers/community to drive business growing.
  • Plan regular visit to i-Cafés and audit i-Cafés that participate in our i-Café programs.
  • Help to identify and recommend i-Cafes for our Nvidia Certified i-Cafes. Do regular audits to ensure that certification requirements are maintained.
  • Work with key game developers on database sharing and working on i-Café collaboration.
  • Provide regular updates to the locate i-Cafe websites and ensure that i-Cafes owners are registered.
  • Work with AICs to provide promotional activities to i-Café ecosystem.
  • Identify and groom prospective SIs in the i-Café ecosystem.
  • Implementing i-Café social/influencers/live stream and best practice across all social channels.

What we need to see:

  • Diploma/Degree preferred in Business or Marketing or equivalent.
  • Demonstrate ability to map out a comprehensive marketing plan.
  • Strong ambition to deliver results in the stage of new business development.
  • A PC gamer or understands gaming industry.
  • Able to use Microsoft Excel, Word, Power Point, Fluent in English.
  • Oral and Written Communication Skills in English and local language (plus).

Ways to stand out of a crowd:

  • At least 5 years of sales or marketing experience or Business Development related.
  • Strong familiarity with the gaming market or IT industry would be an advantage.
  • Highly motivated with excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Excellent attention to details with strong organizational skills and superior time management.
  • Proven skills in ecosystem partner and/or account relationship and management.
  • Ability to work effectively in a cross-divisional, multi-national and highly collaborative environment.
