NVIDIA is looking for a highly qualified and ambitious Technical Program Manager to become a member of GeForce NOW R&D Team. We need a hardworking TPM to run Cloud Platform and Game Performance researches, work closely with Performance Laboratory on benchmarking and track various performance optimization projects with Engineering teams across the globe.

What you'll be doing:

  • Own the performance investigation communication flow between multitude of Engineerings teams and Performance Lab.
  • Track performance research & benchmarking tasks to completion, from technical task creation to actual optimization deployed on Production.
  • Help out Performance Lab to efficiently perform their tasks by providing detailed technical information on the requests, querying additional information with external parties if needed etc.
  • Actively participate in performance data reviews, perform high-level performance analysis when needed.
  • Influence and educate junior members of the global GEFORCE NOW team on the performance optimization strategies.
  • Have fun with one of the brightest multi-national engineering teams!

What we need to see:

  • Good interpersonal skills, effective verbal and written communication. Excellent English.
  • 5+ years of Project Management experience. We would love to see experience working with geographically distributed teams at scale.
  • Good technical background. Basic system administration skills. Advanced Windows user with Linux knowledge being is a plus.
  • PC Gaming background. Understanding of Game Software development and basic Game Engine work principles. Understanding of Cloud-based services infrastructure is a competitive advantage.
  • Excellent analytical skills.
  • Self-motivation, engagement, openness, integrity, ability to learn and develop.

Ways to stand out from the crowd:

  • Passion to take care of non-standard engineering and project management tasks.
  • Being a long time PC gamer, experience with game internals and benchmarking is an outstanding plus
