NVIDIA is searching for an extraordinary Solution Architect with AI experience! Your primary responsibilities will be to lead Artificial Intelligence, and Deep Learning technical engagements with customers working remote from Brazil. You will be working cross functionally with our organizations, as well as ensuring a positive experience integrating NVIDIA products into customer workflows. You should be comfortable working in a dynamic environment, and have experience working with NVIDIA Deep Learning software and systems. You will use your software development skills to introduce automation, build robust artificial intelligence systems, and put together custom solutions quickly for short-term requirements. Your ability to work independently is important, and you will rely upon your excellent communication skills during consulting engagements. We expect you to work closely with the entire customer team, including sales and program management, as well as applications engineering.

What you'll be doing:

  • First and primary point of technical support for our hardware and software products provided to customer.
  • Shepherd critical customer issues and provide timely advance warning of critical issues that need attention.
  • Technical authority on all NVIDIA products, directly supporting Sales Account Managers, and working closely with the team to secure design wins.
  • Establish close personal technical ties to the customer account, establishing personal relationships to facilitate rapid resolution of issues, and promote the highest levels of customer satisfaction.

What we need to see:

  • 3 years of experience in a high tech electronics industry in a design role or technical customer support role
  • BS in EE, CS, Math, or Physics or equivalent work experience
  • Comfortable in a hands-on lab environment
  • In-depth knowledge of computer systems architecture beneficial
  • Familiarity with at least one of C, C++, or Python
  • HPC systems experience
