The NVIDIA Lightspeed Studios team is picking up the challenge starting with a title that you know and love but we can’t talk about here! We’re building a team of outstanding game developers who are ready to get going now!

We’re looking for a seasoned video game art production manager to join the team.

What you’ll be doing:

  • Schedule and track the art production process for the full game.
  • Work with the internal team as well as external suppliers to ensure that all art assets are produced to quality standards and schedule.
  • Identify and flag delays or other production issues.
  • Provide technical leadership and career mentorship to the team.

What we need to see:

  • Practical experience in art production, either as an artist, production assistant, or QA.
  • Effective communication skills across all levels and organizations.
  • Experience in various project management methodologies such as Waterfall and Agile
  • Bachelors degree and 8+ years of overall work experience and 3+ years of team lead and/or management experience

Ways to stand out from the crowd:

  • Video game art experience
  • Knowledge of art production tools and pipelines
