We’re looking for a seasoned video game art production manager to join the team.
What you’ll be doing:
- Schedule and track the art production process for the full game.
- Work with the internal team as well as external suppliers to ensure that all art assets are produced to quality standards and schedule.
- Identify and flag delays or other production issues.
- Provide technical leadership and career mentorship to the team.
What we need to see:
- Practical experience in art production, either as an artist, production assistant, or QA.
- Effective communication skills across all levels and organizations.
- Experience in various project management methodologies such as Waterfall and Agile
- Bachelors degree and 8+ years of overall work experience and 3+ years of team lead and/or management experience
Ways to stand out from the crowd:
- Video game art experience
- Knowledge of art production tools and pipelines
