Requirements:

Experience managing a team of graphic designers, video shooters, and video editors
Experience hiring freelancers in various creative roles to support projects when necessary
Ability to work under tight deadlines without compromising quality
Strong leadership and team-building skills

Job Duties:

Manage team of graphic designers through process from design request to delivery
Manage team of video shooters and editors through process from video request to delivery
Work closely with partnerships team to track sponsor deliverables and ensure that content assets are requested, created, approved, and published on time
Maintain quality control processes to ensure that all content published on channels meets standard of excellence
Identify processes that lead to compromised quality and mentor content creation team to address them and improve quality over time
Establish and maintain freelancer network to bring on additional support when projects require it
