DESCRIPTION OF DUTIES

  • Tests and evaluates software and hardware using test cases, guidelines, and/or regulatory documentation.
  • Executes the more complex and advanced test cases of a given project.
  • Records test results and bugs into test case management tools.
  • Identifies, verifies, and reports errors and inconsistencies to bug tracking systems.
  • Provides support to development team to resolve and debug issues.
  • Performs work under a highly confidential work environment.
  • Creates and writes test cases for other testers to follow.
  • Helps SDETs with creating automation for manual tests.
  • Writes and submits code to convert manual tests to automation.Communicate and collaborate effectively with other SDETs and engineers.

SUMMARY OF REQUIREMENTS:

  • 1+ year of software development.
  • Experience with C++ coding, debugging, and analytical problem-solving skills.
  • Degree in Computer Engineering or Computer Science.
  • Able to analyze problems, identify solutions, and evaluate options.
  • Able to adapt to changing work priorities and environments.
  • Able to communicate and work effectively across different teams. 

This position is onsite in Redmond, WA, and not open to remote status at this time.
