Technical Operations and Procurement Specialist* parental leave replacement (temporary for 12 months)
Tasks
- Collaborating with Local Markets to assure correct planning for spare part procurement
- Assuring the Local Market spare parts replenishment processes
- Conducting spare part delivery controls and bookings
- Handling the shipment of DOA (Damaged on Arrival) parts
- Communicating effectively with all levels of management and with Local markets
- Handling Logistic incidents
- Conducting Inventory Controls, Risk calculations, forecastings and stock-out controlling
Requirements
- Education in Business Administration, Mathematics or comparable qualification
- Professional experience in Inventory Management and Warehouse Modules, Materials, or Production Planning and Controls
- Very good SAP and MS Office skills (especially MS Excel)
- Fluent written and spoken English skills; other language skills would be a plus
- Strong analytical skills
- Strong communication skills
