DESCRIPTION OF DUTIES

  • Provides sales leadership to the LatAm business
  • Leads planning for sales and heavily collaborates with internal and external partners.
  • Collaborates with various NOA functions, ensuring alignment & support, leveraging their plans, assets, processes and best practices.
  • Gleans insights on the business from a variety of sources and drives appropriate actions
  • Sets, monitors and evaluates sales-related KPIs and performance
  • Facilitates and prepares performance reports and presentations to management
  • Provides guidance on retail advertising and communication
  • Visits/monitors stores and retailer sites to review product presentation and communication
  • Establishes and evaluates processes, identifying opportunities for improvement and efficiencies
  • Price management through a deep understanding of market pricing and value-chains
  • Provides key input into LatAM business strategy
  • Facilitates the development of innovative customer and product-specific recommendations for product placement, pricing and promotion
  • Responsible for promotional budgets
  • Develops, maintains and shares a strong understanding of the industry and distribution in the LatAm region (competition, retailers, distributors, etc.)

SUMMARY OF REQUIREMENTS

  • Minimum of six years of related product management, sales and management experience
  • Retail management; Product category management; Merchandising; Online sales; Analytical skills; Presentation skills; Project management
  • Spanish required (Portuguese strongly preferred)
  • Familiarity with Latin America markets preferred
  • High PC skill level (Excel, PowerPoint)
  • Knowledge of Tableau
  • Undergraduate degree in Business Administration or equivalent
