DESCRIPTION OF DUTIES:
Perform thorough quality control checks on digital files, including verifying file integrity, color accuracy, image resolution, to ensure optimal output and printability.
Review and evaluate artwork, ensuring it meets Nintendo’s technical, legal, language requirements, and print specifications
Perform production tasks related to art/text manipulation, as needed.
Help create and manage internal packaging templates.
Collaborate with the production team and graphic designers to resolve any issues or discrepancies identified during the quality control process.
Monitor and track print production workflow to ensure deadlines are met and production processes run smoothly.
Continually help build, test, and improve workflow and review/approval process procedures.
Perform color manipulations, retouching, photo composition, and printer-specific color corrections, as needed.
Build strong vendor and interdepartmental relationships.
Track and archive final native files.
Serve as an expert on technical, legal, and compliance requirements for multiple regional markets.
Attend local and out-of-state press checks.
SUMMARY OF REQUIREMENTS:
Five or more years of related experience.
Thorough knowledge and understanding of print production, graphic design, packaging and page layout.
Excellent business communication skills.
Excellent judgment and ability to interact with groups.
Color Management experience.
Press check experience a plus.
Proficient with the latest Macintosh operating systems; advanced skills with Adobe Creative Suite, prioritizing InDesign and Illustrator.
Smartsheet and Excel experience a plus.
Undergraduate degree in Graphic Design, Print Production, or a related field or equivalent.
Valid driver license
Valid US passport
This position is hybrid in Redmond, WA. Hybrid positions require regular onsite work following the schedule and guidelines for their division. This position is not open to fully remote status at this time.

This position includes a base salary range of $74,724 - $112,086 annually, potential for a semi-annual discretionary performance bonus, and a comprehensive benefits package that includes medical, dental, vision, 401(k), and paid time off.
