Description Of Duties

  • Monitors, reports, updates and coordinates the repair of NOA retail displays. Provides relevant NMI field staff communication.
  • Monitors the interactives and works with internal departments to ensure they are connected to the internet, have the latest content, engagement data, and are in physical working order for consumers to enjoy.
  • Investigates, trouble shoots, and resolves issues related to internet connectivity, software and hardware updates, and corresponding reporting of the display back to NOA.
  • Researches and recommends display repair solutions where chronic issues exists.
  • Monitors NMI emails, display product usage and answers display questions from field staff, and provides direction as appropriate
  • Delivers timely analyses and insights gathered from the engagement data. Utilizes the data to help inform decisions about gaining more space and increase the footprint of the Switch and Switch Lite interactives.
  • Keeps a pulse on how engagement varies with Switch Lite interactives in market.
  • Determines pertinent display project information (materials, equipment, etc.) to be relayed to field staff, including appropriate method of delivery.
  • Reviews, oversees and distributes display POP materials and Guides to field staff.
  • Reviews and monitors daily NMI orders (and back orders), such as launch and non-launch materials, and recommends orders based on business needs and NMI inventory guidelines.
  • Oversees assigned product launch activities related to in-store permanent merchandising
  • Assists in the creation and management project budgets
  • Provides art direction, and assists in managing vendors on merchandising project
  • Assists with preparations for various meetings, including the National Meeting.

Summary Of Requirements

  • Three to five years of related experience
  • Experience in a marketing, inventory management and warehouse environment preferred
  • Strong PC skills (Word, Excel, Access and desktop publishing software preferred)
  • Experience with Adobe and graphic software required
  • Ability to manage budgets effectively
  • Proven working experience in project management
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Solid organizational skills including attention to detail and multitasking skills
  • Undergraduate degree in Marketing, Advertising or a related field or equivalent
