DESCRIPTION OF DUTIES

  • Manage and coordinate queries from internal and external stakeholders to partner management leads.
  • Attend, create and summarize meeting notes, next steps, action items and follow-up as appropriate
  • Internal coordination of meetings between partner managers and external publishers
  • Maintain an up-to-date database and presentation of partner management portfolio priorities
  • Assist with global correspondence and coordination
  • Prepare regular reports and presentations for Partner Management Leads
  • Organize, store and print company documents as needed

SUMMARY OR REQUIREMENTS

  • Proficiency in MS Office required
  • Experience with Photoshop or other image editing software
  • Demonstrable experience managing highly confidential information
  • Previous experience assisting executive(s) and/or managing an external team a plus
  • 2-3 years experience in the games industry in a production or related role a plus
