NightmareGG is looking for a Smite Coach capable of forming a team under our organization. You will work alongside the CEO to execute the owners' vision and we hope you're the one to help us accomplish this.

Responsibilities:

• Attend team scrims
• Work with individual players to set and achieve personal and professional goals.
• Stay up to date with the Smite Pro League
• Identify teams strengths and weaknesses and relay the information back to the players and management.

Requirements:

• Have a Positive Mental Attitude.
• Proficient Writing and Verbal skill Online and Smite competitive Experience is a must.
• Age 18 or older
• Must demonstrate fluent familiarity with the Smite esports Scene
• Must have Leadership Skills and authority even in high pressure competitive environments
• Can Structure an effective Practice Environment
• Key abilities in enforcing good habits and program rules and build positive team values.
• Must have Leadership Skills and authority even in high pressure competitive environments

Expectations:

• Oversee all players responsibilities
• Enforce Rules set in partnership with Management
• Resolve issues before they are escalated to management
• Transparent with Team needs and issues that cannot be solved with simple mediation
