In this role, you will be responsible for:

Manage Nielsen Esports sponsorship products, including internal project planning, operational team coordination, day-to-day product maintenance, development, and delivery: Identify and drive sponsorship product evolution and expansion in conjunction with new industry trends, growth areas, and client needs. Serve as primary point of contact for Nielsen Esports sponsorship valuation clients, maintaining and evolving relationships. Proactively develop relationships with new and existing clients, using your initiative and judgment to adapt your communication and service delivery methods to meet the needs of and delight our clients. Manage internal processes for project setup and participate in project briefing meetings with relevant stakeholders. Produce client reports user. Lead presentation of findings to clients via conference calls or in-person for assigned clients and support delivery of others. Work collaboratively with internal subject matter experts such as Market Research, Social/Digital, Consulting, and Operations. Study industry trends and insights to deliver impactful reports to all clients. Involvement in Account and Operations Planning to advise and influence the commercial strategy to grow existing clients and build the business. Involves weekly, primarily local or regional 4 x per year 2-day travel, for team meetings Tools used: Microsoft Office suite, Google suite, Monday.com, Salesforce, internal Nielsen-proprietary tools such as ROSCO, Greenfield, SportsConnect, and social media analytics platforms).

FOR THIS ROLE, WE ARE LOOKING FOR INDIVIDUALS THAT HAVE:

Minimum Requirements:

Bachelor’s Degree in Sports Marketing, Esports, Gaming, Measurement Science, Business Management or Data Analytics (foreign equivalent degree acceptable) plus 3 years of marketing experience, including 1 year within sports marketing, gaming, or sponsorship management (would also accept a Master’s degree plus 3 years of post-baccalaureate, progressively responsible experience). This must include: 3 years of experience in Microsoft Office suite; Excel and PowerPoint; large-scale projects, including internal operational coordination; 1 year of experience in marketing products; any level of experience with global esports ecosystem, including strong familiarity with major team organizations, top 20 global leagues and tentpole events, regional and global content providers/broadcasters, and top tier gaming video content streamers; and experience with global esports sponsorship landscape, across both endemic and non-endemics partners of esports teams, including leagues, event operators, and broadcasters.
