As an Associate Product Manager, you'll have a direct impact on the success of a mobile game that you will help to manage. You will support the definition of product vision through a commercial lens and co-own the product monetization and growth strategies. You will help to define, set up and maintain in-game offers, sales, live events, along with new content and features to drive KPI goals. Utilizing data, players feedback and own knowledge of live operations and free-to-play monetization, you will drive the performance of your title, monitor and own the results of your strategy, and ensure the product roadmap is well positioned to help achieve all the goals.

This is what you’ll get to work on:

  • Represent the business perspective of the product within the game development team, and partner with Production and Design teams to define features that will help progress towards relevant KPI targets
  • Help to define and then set up in-game sales, offers, and promotions to maximize conversion rate and ARPPU
  • Together with Design, create and maintain regular live events that will drive further engagement and monetization across the player base
  • Own the live operations calendar, and through collaboration with other live team members ensure that the planned actions are pushed live in due quality and time
  • With the support of the Analytics team, monitor monetization, game economy, player engagement, and other significant metrics
  • Keep up to speed with existing and emerging new game monetization models and mechanics

Your experience and skills include:

  • Previous work as a Live Ops Coordinator (or similar role) on a live free-to-play mobile game
  • Understanding of live operations, monetization, and trends within the free-to-play business model
  • Strong quantitative and analytical skills with an emphasis on metrics-driven decision making
  • Ability to derive conclusions from data and clearly communicate findings to different stakeholders
  • Proactive attitude, and a natural drive to push for best results
  • Strong organizational skills, and high attention to detail
  • Passion for mobile games, especially mobile F2P games
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
