Who You'll Work With
Every day, a community with tens of thousands of gamers plays Insurgency, Day of Infamy, and Insurgency: Sandstorm. Our studio is dedicated to crafting the world’s most loved tactical playgrounds, in these games, and in new ones.
The Production Team has the responsibility of guiding all the diverse talent on the project to ensure that they are working towards a common goal. Producers work with project teams in the studio, and with various partners outside the studio to lead day-to-day development toward the completion of milestones on time, on budget, and with a high level of quality.
If the idea of uniting an army of diversely skilled developers together to become greater than the sum of their parts and craft amazing games sounds exciting, this is the role for you!
What You'll Do
We need a Producer who can help drive development milestones on a multi-platform (PC/Console) project that involves both internal and external development resources. You will need the ability to apply qualitative judgment to decision making, whether based on your prior work experience or data-driven learning; to easily judge when project work is optimally supporting product goals, and when project activities are moving beyond the initial scope of the project, as well as when to stop and rethink the original project goals and expected benefits; and to successfully contribute to overall project strategy, while also able to collaborate successfully at the detail level.
Who You Are
You are passionate about video games in general, and first-person shooters in particular. You have managed the entire lifecycle of games from concept and prototyping to launch and live operations. You are outstanding at written, verbal, and visual communication that keeps teams in sync with plans and changes.
