nerdRage is a UK-based gaming organisation founded in 2015. The organisation have fielded teams in games such as CS:GO, Team Fortress 2, Overwatch, League of Legends and DoTA 2, consisting of many talented players across Europe.
After a brief hiatus, nerdRage are recruiting a talented Social Manager Manager to work alongside a new group of staff who are dedicated to the growth of the organisation.
Our fans remain, as always, one of our main priorities with the new role of Social Media Manager continuing that focus. One of the main tasks for the new role will be updating and informing current fans while actively creating new ways of gaining supporters.
Our mission at nerdRage, is to be a stepping stone for many young players and squads pushing towards their goal of competing at the highest tier of Esports.

Responsibilities
- Manage nerdRage's different social media channels (Discord, Facebook, Twitter, etc.)
- Actively engage with our fan base and serve as a medium between the organization and its supporters
- Create plans for content, events, and activities designed to keep our fan base engaged with our competitive programs
- Announce program schedules and game days to our communities on a daily basis
- Development of brand awareness and online reputation
Content management
- Grow and manage nerdRage’s social channels through engaging and on-brand content creation and execution
- Create campaigns and promotions to help increase NerdRage’s fan base
- Promote our streamers and teams when they are online/competing to increase fan awareness
- Create graphics such as scorecards or announcements
- Must be over 18 years of age
Qualifications
- Working knowledge of Photoshop and Illustrator
- Able to complete things with a short turnaround time
