WHAT YOU’LL DO

As Senior CRM Strategist you will be responsible for managing CRM campaigns from conception to execution, with follow up on analytics and campaign reporting. We’re looking for a lifecycle marketer who thrives in dynamic, fast-paced environments and has a passion for bringing our games to life and building meaningful relationships with our players.

  • Stakeholder management and campaign planning (meetings, reviews, planning, etc.)
  • Work with internal teams and agencies to fulfill creative and production needs
  • Campaign QA and deployment
  • Campaign Analysis and reporting

WHAT YOU’LL NEED TO BE SUCCESSFUL

  • Bachelor’s Degree or experience in similar fields or roles with transferable skills (marketing, publishing, project management, etc.)
  • 6+ years of experience in Marketing, CRM, performance marketing and/or analytics in CPG, technology, entertainment, gaming or related fields
  • Experience with ESP or CRM platform(s)
  • Understanding of CRM channel best practices and trends
  • Strong communication skills with the ability to work well under pressure in fast-paced environments.
