As a QA Analyst you will work directly with Development team(s) to ensure the quality of content. You will act as an extra set of eyes and a sanity check to all content under your purview. In this role you will work with the team lead and producer to ensure that everything is ready to go on time. You have confidence in managing your work schedule, balancing bug regression, and testing new tools.

WHAT YOU'LL DO

• Design and write test plans
• Evaluate content for testability
• Work with team leadership
• First pass testing
• Test any changes to ensure functionality following documentation
• Reproduce and write up any issues found by Developers
• General bug regression and ad hoc
• Interact with FQA team

WHAT YOU’LL NEED TO BE SUCCESSFUL

• High School diploma or equivalent
• 4-5 years of QA Experience
• Familiarity with JIRA and Confluence
• A passion for helping create the tools people need to make amazing games
• Creativity to help find the ‘edge cases’
• Technical testing experience
• Excellent communication skills

PLUSES!

• Familiarity with Python or other scripting languages
• Shipped an MMO (release or expansion)
