We are looking for a highly-skilled Data Scientist with experience performing statistical analysis, predictive analytics, and attribution modeling among others. This role is specifically more focused on supporting the growth marketing team. The role will be involved in things like helping identify important user subgroups, informing ad spend, email targeting, and A/B testing.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Participate in the full lifecycle of a model including design, coding, most importantly testing, and release
  • Collaborate with the data and analytics team, marketing team, and marketplace teams
  • Work on models such as fraud, player churn, or causal inference
  • Utilizing experimentation, help analyze and project optimal values
  • Predictive analytics

REQUIREMENTS:

  • Bachelor’s Degree in a quantitative field, Ph.D. preferred
  • 3+ years of professional experience with Python
  • Experience with Bayesian techniques
  • Experience with tools and frameworks like Pytorch, TensorFlow, Scikit-Learn, SQL, etc
  • Familiarity with some of the following models:lifetime value modeling, causal inference, attribution modeling, outlier detection
  • The ability to ELI5
  • Drive to learn and improve
