What is the Job challenge:

Working with current back-office team and with PMs team to improve the efficiency of back-office operation, implementing new work-flow and tools

What you will be in charge of:

Sales duties:

  • Reporting to the Sales department he/she will be responsible for all the back-office operations;
  • Collecting stock and sales report and make sure they are uploaded into company’s CRM;
  • Implement new tools for back-end management developed together with Sales and PMs;
  • Will be responsible All-round Financial and Credit back-end operations;
  • Management of the active and passive billing process;
  • Reports editor and verifier with archive management;
  • Management of corporate document flows;
  • Verify customer payments and related reminders;
  • Frontend for logistic and HQ matters;
  • Shipments problem solver from Central to Distributions;
  • Payments and incentives issuer to the customer.

What we are searching for :

  • Fluent in English;
  • Skilled in PC and related tools usage;
  • Good knowledge of the Office package (an advanced knowledge in Excel and VBA will be consider a plus);
  • Minimum experience or training in economic/financial role;
  • Knowledge of corporate accounting, a little bit of business administration and commercial law;
  • Positive, enthusiastic and motivated; able to work pro-actively and respectfully;
  • Very good communication skills, with the ability to communicate effectively at all levels internally and with the customers;
  • Problem solving mindset;
  • Organized and self-tracking;
  • Passion for technologies and gaming is also a big plus.
