We're looking for an experienced User Acquisition Manager to join our amazing Marketing team. As a User Acquisition Manager, you’ll be responsible for planning, implementing and managing user acquisition campaigns for a portfolio of games, across a variety of media channels.
Responsibilities
- Own the end-to-end execution of our marketing campaigns and ensure top-notch results within the defined KPIs.
- Analyze KPIs to help optimize marketing efforts across all platforms and achieve volume, quality and ROI goals.
- Monitor KPIs, provide performance reports for all major metrics and keep an eagle eye out for trends and outliers.
- Plan campaigns that will help boost the total user base and increase app downloads.
- Provide insights on the game, its audience and its marketing materials using both internal and external tools.
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree or equivalent in any field.
- At least 2 years of experience in User Acquisition, Campaign Management on self-served platforms or similar role - Must
- Deep understanding of mobile attribution - Advantage
- Profound knowledge of MS-Office products (Excel in particular).
- Fluent English - verbal and written.
- Ability to think strategically and execute methodically.
- Creative problem solver who is passionate about inventing new ways to approach different audiences and segments.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment where continuous innovation is expected.
- Ability to work under pressure and in a goal-driven environment.
- Self-motivated and has a problem-solving approach.
- Passion for marketing and advertising.
