We’re looking for a highly experienced, versatile and passionate QA Team Leader to join our amazing and growing R&D team. As a QA Team Leader, you'll build and lead a team with a huge impact on the company's growth. You will also hire and mentor top-notch QA Engineers, and manage the entire production cycle.

Responsibilities

• Lead a team of 5 manual QA Engineers.
• Work with the in-house backend, client systems and external test tools.
• Manually test microservices, databases, security, etc.
• Investigate and reproduce issues in production.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams in a fast-paced development environment.

Requirements

• 2+ years of experience as a team leader, hiring and leading them to excellence.
• 4+ years of experience with testing.
• Basic familiarity with SQL.
• Proven experience working in a complex production environment.
• Proven experience in backend architecture and testing.
• Familiarity with test documentation and planning (STD, STP).
• Excellent English - both verbal and written communication skills.
