We’re looking for an experienced and super talented Delivery manager to lead the MoonActive Infrastructure Kyiv team in an energetic startup environment.

As a Delivery Manager, you will build and lead agile concepts and methodologies while guiding an amazing team of energized, brilliant and creative engineers and work on unique challenges of scale and performance while keeping a fast pace of deliveries.

Responsibilities

• Be responsible for the Infrastructure Kyiv team deliverables;
• Plan and execute product releases;
• Run a Scrum team;
• Coach teams in self-organization and cross-functionality;
• Remove impediments to the Development Team’s progress;
• Facilitate Scrum events;
• Be involved in the day to day release and production activities.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience as a Project manager;
• 2+ years of experience as a Scrum Master;
• Deep knowledge of software design, development and delivery cycle;
• Strong proven experience with Scrum;
• Professional experience with Atlassian tools (Jira, Confluence);
• Fluent in English;
• Result-driven and self-organized;
• Strong relationship and communication skills;
• Accountability and proactivity;
• Strong influencing and negotiation skills.
