MonkeyKnifeFight.com is currently looking for a passionate, self-motivated individual to join our growing Technical Operations team. Come work for the fastest growing legal gaming company in the U.S. You will have the opportunity to interact with our product team, as well as our customer base, as you assist in the day to day operations of the company. *We are a 100% remote company, and this is a full-time position. We will not consider outsource workshops*

Responsibilities:

  • Manage Customer Service requests and facilitate communication back to product team as issues arise.
  • Coordinate customer cashout requests.
  • Ability to be available during live sporting events and on nights/weekends.
  • Work with Product and Development teams on Quality Assurance testing as part of our regular development cycle.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree required, a technical majorpreferred.
  • Demonstrated Experience interacting with customers in a professional setting.
  • Strong Quantitative and analytical skills required.
  • Knowledge of a variety of sports including: Football, Basketball, Baseball, Hockey, Golf, soccer, eSports and more.
  • Ability to work in a startup environment and around a sports schedule.

The Ideal candidate has a passion for sports and a history of participation in Daily Fantasy.
